I started Personal Training since 2008 and have worked with many international brands in the fitness industry. As a Dubai personal trainer I am an expert in designing and implementing dietary programs based on invidiual client’s requirements. My strength lies in understanding the client needs and goals and making a tailor-made work out programs to ensure weight loss, muscular gain, core strengthening and rehabilitation. I am also a Pilates teacher/personal trainer and an expert in posture correction. I believe in working closely with clients to develop personalised health and fitness plans to ensure each client’s fitness goals are achieved. I have trained people like actors, athletes and people with different medical conditions. My experiences have motivated me to become a mentor to those who are serious about achieving their fitness goals.
My biggest achievement to date has been the transformation of a client from a 140kg to 80 kg weight in 12 months of dedicated fitness workout and diet tracking. I am here to serve you, guide you and make a huge impact on your fitness quotient.

Some clients prefer a firm approach with emphasis on training motivation while others are suited to a training style which includes more encouragement and goal settings. My personal training equipment includes TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags, skipping rope, wobble board, agility ladder and boxing gloves & pads. And also includes circuits and functional training for cardio exercise and endurance. My training plans are created on a personal 1-2-1 basis because every client has different exercise and fitness requirements.
